We are passionate about building a nation of fluent, confident readers.

By partnering with schools, donors, and youth-serving organizations, we have delivered over 6000 books to increase children's reading and writing literacy across the US.

The National Literacy Trust confirms a positive link between author visits and increased youth reading and writing activity, especially for children in low-income communities.

An Atlanta-based author, Tiffany is a servant-leader with 27 years in the US Air Force and close to 20 years in public health/healthcare, and business.

She is driven to:
1. Make it easier for children to have at least one book of their own
2. Inspire self-esteem and optimism in children
3. Support efforts to improve youth literacy

Her inspiration to write was sparked after volunteering at Wheatley Elementary School in Louisville, KY. LaPeche Books was founded in 2013.

An avid gardener, her greatest joys are her family and friends, and the opportunity to give to others.
